English first

There's a huge flap in Filthydelphia over a sign at a popular steak sandwich shop.
The sign says THIS IS AMERICA: WHEN ORDERING PLEASE SPEAK ENGLISH.
Two points here...
* If you're a tourist in, say, France, do you expect your waiter to understand if you don't order in French? Not a chance. If you go to Mexico, do you expect your server to take your order in English? No way, Jose. So what's wrong with asking people to order in English???
* Does the left, PC crowd think that the Hispanics are so stupid that they can't learn English? It sure seems that way to me. Or do they really want to ghettoize the Hispanics so they can "help" them the way they've helped blacks in the U.S.?
Enough said. Eat at Geno's.
